Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery policy:
The majority of the products are made to order and may require a time frame of 3–6 days other than the ones which are in stock. This is because we source directly from local artisans who do not deal in big quantities. We have a strong network of shipping partners like DTDC in India and DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart, and UPS for international deliveries. Once the product is shipped, we notify our customers via email by sharing the tracking/AWB details of the consignment.

Additional Note:
Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier service from our end, the responsibility of transit lies with the courier partner. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery and assist you throughout the process, any delays, damages, or issues occurring during transit are beyond our direct control. However, we will always support you in coordinating with the courier service to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible.

Please note:
For all international orders, we provide door delivery. Customs duties are charged by the local government of your country and must be paid by the customer as per local regulations. Local delivery agents will contact you if your parcel qualifies for customs duty.

Please note:
Our products usually reach customers within 3–6 working days within India and 7–10 days internationally, depending on customs clearance. In some cases, delivery may take longer due to unavoidable circumstances. You can always track your package using the tracking details shared on your registered email address.
