Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt & will be delivered within 7-10 business days, or within the lead time specifically mentioned for the product on the website. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we may contact you via email or phone.

Free Shipping
Shipping is Free for all articles.
Prices mentioned against each item are the final cost to the buyer - there are no hidden costs.
Prices quoted in Rupees are valid for delivery within India only.
Delivery to Remote Locations not serviced by courier will be shipped through India Post, at the sole discretion of Brassaura.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
You can pay by cash on delivery in all Indian cities and towns, for an additional cost of Rs. 50 per order.
Cash on Delivery is presently not available for orders for books.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Period of Delivery
The normal period for courier delivery to is between 7 to 10 business days of shipment. However, Brass Aura does not guarantee any time limit of delivery. In odd instances, a consignment may be delayed due to extraneous circumstances such as, Flight delays, remote locations, etc.
Delivery of orders shipped through India Post is expected within 10 to 15 days.
Taxes
Prices quoted in your shopping cart are inclusive of GST.
Damages
Brassaura is fully committed to the safe and timely delivery of your order. In case of any damage to the ordered items in transit, contact us with the order details immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection by the insurance company.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognized as a valid address by the courier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Brassaura will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
